Provisions concerning the procedures and principles that should be conformed in connection with the matters whose determination is left to the Ministry (to which the Undersecretariat of Treasury is Attached) in accordance with Decree No.32 for the Protection of the Value of Turkish Currency and with miscellaneous matters are explained in this Communiqué.
