Formalities regarding the importation to be done based on the provisions of the Import Regime Decree in force, are executed based on the provisions of the Decree and the Communiqués and instructions to be issued with the authorization granted by this Regulation to the Undersecretariat, and on the provisions of the multilateral and bilateral agreements.
