Amendments on Article 3 (Definitions), Article 7 (Plans), Article 8 (Use of Immovable for Tourism Purposes), Article 33 (Fines), Article 34 (Cancellation of Certificate), and annexing Supplementary Article 4 and Provisional Articles 7 and 8.
