The purpose of this Code is to authorize establishment and operation of all wireless systems used for communication purposes to transmit or receive open or coded or cryptic sound, data and picture through electromagnetic waves and control the same and to define rules and procedures relating to policy, objectives and principles in the field of wireless communication and to make necessary arrangements to this end.
