The objective of this Regulation is to lay down the principles and the procedures for the surveillance and inspection of the conformity of a product with the relevant technical regulation and with the requirements related to safety at the stage of placing on the market or distribution of the product concerned or when it is on market; measures to be taken after surveillance and inspection; establishment of a Board which will coordinate Public Authorities and take advisory decisions and tasks of the Board.
